Kalyan has created high-performing teams that achieve high customer and employee satisfaction with low turnover by concentrating on finding solutions to complicated client problems. At well-known businesses like Satyam, SumTotal, Cognizant, Pramati, Accenture, and Zenoti, he has occupied key executive positions. He most recently worked with Innominds, a leading provider of product engineering services, as the Global Delivery Head and a member of the executive leadership team.

Kalyan has a Ph.D. from ISB, an MBA from XLRI, and an engineering degree from NIT Rourkela.

He has occupied important leadership roles at tech companies such as Pramati, Versata, WNS, and Coforge. He also served as the CFO of Accolite and, most recently, was the CFO of Areteans, a corporation focusing on Pega solutions.
